Police suspect that a barn fire in Malmesbury late yesterday afternoon (Tuesday, October 27) was arson.
The barn on Foxley Road was derelict but held rubbish.
Police think that the fire was started deliberately and are asking for people with information to come forward.
A spokesperson for Malmesbury Police said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area before and around 5.45pm yesterday, as well as anyone who was passing the area and may have dash cam footage of the offenders."
At 5.49pm crews from Malmesbury and Chippenham Fire Stations, together with a water carrier from Royal Wooton Bassett, attended.
