SITUATION

DIRECTIONS

FROM A38 (Plymouth or Exeter) - (Preferred route): Take the Dart Bridge Junction off the dual carriage way. Head towards Buckfastleigh Town and at the mini roundabout, turn left onto the Dart Bridge Road and go around the bend past the Dart Garage on your right, then after the garage take the second turning on your left onto the Old Totnes Road. Continue on this road until you get to the end, where the road bends around to the left, turn right on to Colston Road. Continue on this road for 1.7 miles, past Rill Estate and Beara Farm, then the property can be found on the left hand side in the valley. The turning into the driveway, is just before the stone barn on your left.

FROM TOTNES: drive to Dartington. At the Dartington roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A384 towards Exeter.
