From our Totnes office, proceed along Station Road heading towards Dartington. At the Cider Press roundabout turn right and pass straight over the next mini roundabout. Pass Dartington Church and at the brow of the hill turn right sign posted Staverton and Sea Trout Inn. Proceed down the hill, cross the Old Bridge and railway line and follow the road around to the right towards the village. Follow the road to the left after the Sea Trout Inn which will be on your right and turn left signposted Barkingdon and Landscove. Proceed along this road for 1 mile and bear left to Barkingdon. After a short distance you will find the driveway for Barkingdon Court on the left and Gelfling Barn is the first property on the left.
