From Totnes take the A385 signposted Dartington. At the Shinners Bridge roundabout take the third exit onto the A384, signposted Buckfastleigh and Exeter. Continue along this road and turn left by the church. Drive past the Village Hall and at the brow of the hill, turn left into Broom Park and left again after the arch. 23 Broom Park is last but one house on the right hand side.
