Tis the summer season it appears & suddenly there is a lot going on across the county with many different groups, especially as National Insect week is already upon us (http://nationalinsectweek.co.uk/about/overview.htm ) For all those who can spare an hour this weekend please can you have a go at looking for insect life in your garden/nearby green space this weekend! There are many fascinating insects that many know and love, such as Butterflies and Dragonflies, but how many of you have looked for a beetle or bug (or should I say how many of us have shooed them out of our house without a second glance). This time you can contribute to their future by recording what you see.
