The 122nd Honiton Agricultural Show takes place on Thursday, August 2.

The Grand Parade is one of the many highlights of the main ring activities where the day’s livestock winners proudly parade. The 2012 main ring will be a hive of activity with fantastic acts such as the Squibb Freestyle Stunt Show a spectacular motocross show performed by triple winning British FMX rider Jamie Squibb. David Seamark will demonstrate the amazing skill of five working sheepdogs together with geese. By popular demand Cyril the Squirrel returns with his racing terriers. The lower field incorporates all that is countryside with hurdle making, ferret racing, a blacksmiths guild and a vintage tractor section with over 100 vehicles on display. Honiton plays host to the West of England Hound Show, a show within a show, which attracts a huge following countrywide. There are wonderful poultry and dog shows comprising both pedigree and fun classes for the pet pooch. With over 400 trade stands, including crafts, shopping and a fabulous food hall - there really is something for everyone.
