POLICE are searching for a quad bike which was stolen in rural Dorset.

The quad bike was reportedly stolen from a farm in Morton at around 4.30pm on Christmas Eve.

Officers from Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team believe the quad was then ridden along Yearlings Drove towards Bere Regis.

It was then reportedly spotted not far from Rye Hill junction shortly after 5pm.

Police are now appealing for anyone who saw the quad or suspicious behaviour in the area at the time to get in touch.
