TWO people have been arrested following a report of an assault and theft at the Blackmore and Sparkford Vale hunt.
Dorset Police received a report that a person had been assaulted and equipment stolen in the area of Cannings Lane, Pulham at 12.42pm on Thursday, December 7.
Following an investigation one male aged 18 from the Dorchester area and another male from the Blandford area were arrested on suspicion of assault and theft and are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The arrest was carried out as part of a joint operation by Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, North Dorset Police and Dorchester Police.
