A tractor caught fire on a farmyard near Barnstaple on Monday (April 3).
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service (DSFRS) was called at 1.48pm and told that the tractor was alight on a farm in Atherington.
Two fire engines and a water bowser were sent from Barnstaple and South Molton.
Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters tackled the burning vehicle with a hose reel jet, a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots and small tools.
The fire service did not confirm the cause of the fire or the extent of the damage.

DSFRS advises farmers to make sure that their machinery is well maintained and serviced regularly as vehicles that are not are more likely to catch fire.
Farm machines should be cleaned often to keep them free of hay, straw, oil and grease.
