Clarification: Duck Delights, Fowey
On November 24, 2021 we published a story on animal offences committed by Kristian Gourlay and Duck Delights of Fowey, which the local authority described as "long-term cruelty to animals."
We have been asked to clarify that the offences were all committed under section 9 of the Animal Welfare Act, relating to the duty of welfare of animals, or under the Animal By Product (Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2013.
