A tractor that was stolen in 2010 has been recovered by police.
The tractor was found last week on a farm near Bath following a tip-off.
It appears that it has had several owners since it was stolen from its home in the south east eleven years ago.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "Officers from Avon and Somerset’s rural affairs unit have seized a tractor which is believed to have been stolen more than a decade ago.
"Police attended a farm in the Bath and North East Somerset area on Monday 6 September following an intelligence report submitted to the force.
"The tractor, which was identified via its serial number as being linked to a theft in south east England in 2010, is believed to have changed hands a number of times before being purchased by the current owner.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
