Two dogs that disappeared from a farm on the outskirts of Gloucester have been found.
Doberman dogs, three year old Bear and two and a half year old Poppy were reported missing from their outhouse on September 1.
The owner found a broken lock on the farm in Walham near Over and suspected the pair stolen.
Last Saturday evening (September 4), both dogs were spotted in the Painswick area by members of the public, who had seen a police appeal on the force's Facebook page.
They were able to keep the dogs safe until officers arrived at the scene.
The dogs have now been reunited with their owner.
Police officers expressed their thanks to the all those who shared the appeal and particularly to the members of the public who found them.
