Walkers should close gates, remind rangers
WALKERS have been urged to follow the Countryside Code after cows escaped from fields on the Lulworth Estate in Dorset, writes Jane Reader.
Lulworth Rangers said cattle made their way out of their grazing fields at Winfrith and Hambury Farm over the weekend.
A spokesman said: "Please close gates after you've passed through them, whether you've seen livestock or not."
