A tractor has been stolen from the Mosterton area of West Dorset.

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward about the theft that took place between 2pm on Monday, March 1 and 10.30am on the Tuesday, March 2.

The tractor is a red Massey Ferguson 390T with the registration L260 BOD.

It is fitted with a black Quicke Loader, which itself is fitted with a 6FT grain bucket.

On the rear of the tractor is a ton weight block which was attached using an A frame.

Also stolen with the tractor was a set of dung forks.

Dorset Police Rural Crime Team are appealing to anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area between the relevant times or anybody who has witnessed any suspicious vehicles in the area over the last week or knows of the tractor's current whereabouts.

They are urged to report this to Dorset Police quoting occurrence number 55210034457 at dorset.police.uk, via email 101@dorset.pnn.police.uk or by calling 101.
