A jeep has been seen in suspicious circumstances around farms in South Dorset.
This morning Dorset Police are urging farmers to be vigilant.
The vehicle is a blue Jeep Cherokee with a registration number **52 VXY.
The occupants were reported to be enquiring about buying plant machinery - but they were also believed to be paying attention to farms.
Only yesterday Dorset Police issued a warning of another vehicle seen checking out farms in East Dorset - a grey Renault van.
