MEET the latest bunch of tiny tots born in Dorset this year.

Tilly Mae Wyatt, Darcy Maidment, Maisie-Joy Aria Gray, Novah Amaya Victoria Tizzard and Esme Ivy Goodeve were all born between April and November this year, amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Jamie Maidment, Darcy's father said: "The midwives at Poole Hospital were amazing and made us feel totally at ease as first time parents. Two hours after arriving at the hospital our beautiful baby girl was born.

"Thank you so much to all midwives and health care staff who have helped us during these strange times."

Both Bethany Hayward, mum to Maisie-Joy, and Amy Tizzard, mum to Novah, were able to return home on the day they gave birth.

Bethany said: "I went into hospital and my partner stayed with me the whole time. After Maisie-Joy arrived, we were home safe and sound within a couple of hours. The midwives were so lovely."

Amy said: "My waters went at 1am on Friday, July 10 and I naturally went into labour shortly after. After being in labour for four hours and 48 minutes my precious bundle of joy Novah was born. We returned home that evening."
