CRAIG ADRIAN MCCOLIN, aged 39, of East Street, Bridport. Admitted at a property in Bridport using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry. Also admitted damaging the front door of a property and admitted pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment. Community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. To pay costs of £85.

SCOTT GARDNER, aged 32, of East Street, Beaminster. Admitted driving at Hillview Estate, Bridport after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

JOSEPH LEON WARBURTON, aged 39, of West Bay Road, Bridport. Admitted driving a vehicle on the B3157 at Burton Bradstock otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £120 and to pay costs of £50. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. Also admitted using a vehicle at same location without third party insurance. Fined £80.

POLLY ALEXANDRA DENE, aged 30, of Higher Wraxall. Admitted driving a vehicle on Sea Road South, Bridport after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £211 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

STEVEN OWEN, aged 38, of Hibernia Place, Bridport. Admitted assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Restraining order made. To pay compensation of £200 and to pay costs of £85.

LEE WILLIAM BARNETT, aged 32, of Valley Cottages, Winterbourne Abbas. Admitted driving a vehicle on Dorchester Road, Weymouth while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for 12 weeks consecutive to offence number 4. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 years. Also admitted using a vehicle at same location without third party insurance. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. It is ordered that the suspended sentence be activated in part. For original offence of driving a vehicle on a road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 8 weeks suspended for 12 months implemented as a sentence of 4 weeks. The overall length of sentence is 16 weeks.
