A FARM shop in Somerset has launched a new website so they can offer home shopping during the coronavirus lockdown.

Thorner’s Farm Shop sell butchery items, homemade pies and quiches, and a variety of groceries – all of which are sourced in Somerset.

Dan Snook, managing director of the Shepton Mallet business, believe the launch of the website is a “fantastic opportunity”.

“Despite the current climate, this has been a fantastic opportunity for us, and we are really excited to be launching our new service and website,” he said.

“Not only this, our new website also allows shoppers to have access to the same offers and products you can find on our shelves, so they are not missing out.

“We have over 400 products currently listed online, with an ever-growing list of local products being added weekly.”

Thorner’s are offering free delivery to local postcodes on order over £30, as well as free national deliveries on orders over £50.
