A prior notification application under class Q has been submitted for the conversion of the westernmost barn to a two storey three bedroom dwelling.
Cornwall Council has confirmed that the application is acceptable subject to the submission of an ecological report which is being prepared.
Carwen Farm is on the market with Carter Jonas with a guide price of £3,700,000.
