FIREFIGHTERS were called to a large fire in a field in Dorset.
Two fire engines from Sherborne Fire Station were called to the fire on the outskirts of Milborne Port, next to Sherborne, just before 10pm on Saturday (September 12).
The fire was out in the open and firefighters used a hose reel jet to make the area around the fire damp to prevent it from spreading.
The incident was handed over to a responsible person to monitor through the night.
