Sired by last year’s Lanark champion, Garngour Craftsman, this lamb was the subject of much pre-sale speculation.
He is out of a dam by Plasucha Big Gun and sold with an index in the top 1 per cent of the breed.
The tup was bought in a three-way partnership between Alan Blackwood, Auldhouseburn, Maybole, Procters Farm, Procters, Lancashire and Messrs Teward, New View, Darlington.
