Drivers of two cars that were involved in a collision on the A361 in Devizes this morning had a lucky escape.
A woman whose car turned on its roof during the crash was able to walk away from the wreckage and was treated by paramedics. A man, whose car crashed into a hedge, was unhurt.
Both cars had been travelling on the same side of the road into Devizes.
The road has now re-opened after four hours of investigation by police experts.
Firefighters from Devizes and Calne were called to the accident at about 9.20am. A fire service spokesman said: "It was a two vehicle accident and thankfully only one casualty who had suffered minor injuries."
