A kind-hearted eight-year-old raised more than £140 to buy nurses special gifts.
Amelie Pinch sold plants, flowers and drawings to raise enough money to buy nurses on Colmers Ward at Bridport Community Hospital something for all their hard work looking after patients during the coronavirus pandemic.
She managed to raise £140.70, enough to buy 60 packages, all individually named, which included body spray and hand cream.
Amelie handed the gifts to her former ballet teacher and nurse at Bridport Community Hospital, Fee Jeanes.
She said: “The nurses were thrilled with such personal gifts and a thoughtful gesture. Thank you Amelie.”
