The Town Mill Lyme Regis is compiling a new recipe book to support the charity.

Do you have a recipe that uses the Mills stone ground Wheat, Rye or spelt? Submit your recipe to petrinatownmill@gmail.com and successful recipes will be published in the mill’s latest book to be sold for the charity.

There are four categories to enter - bread, savoury, sweet and children’s. Children’s could be an edible recipe or a child's craft.

During lockdown the Town Mill continued to mill and supply flour to the local community and now would like to understand just how its flour is being used and to share it in a new book.
