Broadchurch fans can now own a little slice of the famous series for £325,000.

DI Alec Hardy’s - played by David Tennant - home in the second series of the ITV hit show Broadchurch is on the market again.

The home in West Bay was previously up for sale in 2017 for £300,000 and four years before that.

It comes with two bedrooms and its own boat mooring, as well as river and harbour views.

West Bay shot to fame when Broadchurch, written by Chris Chibnall, first aired in 2013.

The two-bedroom riverside chalet was built in 1900 and is being marketed by Parkers estate agents.

The description of the property reads: “A small breakfast bar is positioned to take full advantage of the wonderful views over the river.

“The property benefits from two good size double bedrooms, both receiving plentiful natural light and offering ample storage solutions. The principal bedroom enjoys wonderful views over the river.

“The sitting/dining room boasts an abundance of character, fitted with wooden flooring that continues throughout the property and a set of sliding doors providing access to an external decked area overlooking the River Brit offering a beautiful outlook across the surrounding area and a mooring for a boat.

“Freehold, permanent or second home and possible long-term holiday let.”
