The driver of a four by four vehicle that was said to be acting suspiciously around farms in the Wimborne area has been found and dealt with by police.
The driver was reported to have been "scouting around" on local farms.
On Monday, July 27 the car was found, stopped and seized in Poole as it was found to be uninsured.
Inspector Simon Perry, who is responsible for the delivery of neighbourhood policing in North and East Dorset, described the success on Twitter.
