An application has been made to Dorset Council for a summer house/garden house at the grade 2 listed Tudor House in Puddletown.
The detached house at 14 Mill Street dates from 1573 with flint and stone walls under a thatched roof to the front and a 1970s/80s rear with a brick finish, timber door and rebated windows.
Application papers say the summerhouse is proposed for the rear garden, close to the relatively modern extension and will not be able to be seen from the historic front of the building.
