She said: "On attendance officers located drugs within the property, believed to be cannabis. These were seized."
A 51-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill and cultivation of cannabis. He was later issued with an adult simple caution.
A 50-year-old woman was also arrested, on suspicion of being concerned in the production of drugs. She was later released with no further action being taken.
