Top price per kilo was 205p (£1,236) for a standout 603kg steer from a trio of Limousin crosses from Messrs. D.C. & S.A. Martin of Lowertown bought by Chris Dale of Dales Family Butchers of Helston.
A further steer from Messrs. Martin at just 15 months old made 203p/kg realising £1,240 to R.J. Trevarthen Ltd of Roskrow.

Almost 200 store cattle, an increase on last week, and mainly younger types forward.
An extremely good trade across the board with plenty of demand from buyers spaced around the ring.
This week’s highlight was the advertised entry of 52 cattle on behalf of Mr. P.R. Weldhen of St. Columb which saw Limousin and South Devon x steers sell to a top call of £1,110.
A younger South Devon steer pair hit £1,055 and his smart young heifers saw dearest South Devon x trio top at £725.
A grand trio of Limousin x yearling steers from Messrs. J. & J. Sawle & Son of Beacon realised £780.
The heifer section was topped by a bunch of four Limousin crosses from Tresco Estate of Tresco, Isles of Scilly at £855.
