Kivells of Holsworthy saw a large market of more than 2,000 sheep sell to a flying trade with the best hoggs to £140.50 on behalf of Rod Wood of Thornbury with premium on the day stood at 261p/kg for Messrs Pearse & Son of Linkinhorne.
Top of the ewes with lambs hit £175 whilst 351 cull sheep hit £175 for Sue & Dave Skinner of Shebbear.
390 store cattle saw the trade slightly easier with a top call of £1135 for PJ Richards of Highampton with heifers to £1030 for Messrs Bragg.
328 calves & stirks saw a solid trade with the best baby Blue bulls to £390 for Andrew Hockridge and heifers to £320 for Messrs Merrett of Bradworthy.
Top of 121 stirks was the best in from John George of Buckland Brewer reaching £450.
Top call in the dairy cattle was £2120 on behalf of Messrs Middleton of Lostwithiel.
