Kivells of Holsworthy saw an entry of 150 cattle top at £1254 for smart Limousins in from Eric Partridge of Woolsery with Stuart May of Week St Mary at £1130 and plenty flying past the £1000 bracket.
121 calves sold to a much improved trade with the champion calf (under 42 days) in from Messrs Issac of Ashwater and topping at £330.
Plenty of calves between £230-£270 with the best of the Holstein bulls at £172 for John Elliott.
In the prime hogg pens Mr A Barriball topped the day at £133 with premium on the day set at 258p/kg for Victor Goaman of Clovelly.
235 sheep topped at £120 for Mark Walter of Bradworthy with rams to £113 for Alistar Westaway of Newton Tracey.
151 store lambs topped at £93 for Messrs Hambly with couples for Danny Norman of Dolton at £200.
