Devon and Cornwall Police have issued a warning after receiving two reports of thefts of tractor GPS guidance systems.
The thefts both took place overnight, with the first on Wednesday December 4, where two Starfire GPS systems were stolen in Crediton.
On Saturday December 7, four more Starfire GPS systems were stolen from two further locations in Budleigh Salterton and Ottery St Mary.
Police are advising tractor owners to be wary of this, review security, and make a note of GPS serial numbers and mark them in some way if possible.
They are also asking members of the public to please report any suspicious activity on 999 and if possible make a note of vehicle registrations and persons seen.
If you have any information or are offered a GPS system, please phone 101 or email 101@dc.police.uk quoting crime reference CR/110481/19.
