Kivells of Holsworthy saw an entry of 92 dairy stock sell to a top call of £1,500 on behalf of Graham & Judith Quance of Shebbear with young heifers to £1,220 on behalf of P&S Hawkings of Blackley.
146 store cattle topped at £1,095 for useful steers from Stan Hopper with best heifers to £970 in from Yeo Vale Farms, Bideford.
Just a handful of cull cows topped at £800 for Messrs Goaman with premium at 108p/kg.
In the sheep pens a top call of £72 was given for the best of the store lambs in from Paul Tythcott of Instow whilst 621 prime lambs topped at £85.50 for Johny Allin of Hartland.
Premium was set at 188p/kg for Messrs Jenn of Woolsery.
363 cull sheep topped at £92.50 for Messrs Bate of Tresmeer with an overall average of £60. 221 calves saw a splendid bundle of 5 bull calves from PH Collins Partnership race away to £352 with plenty around the £300 bracket.
Whilst Messrs Gorst & Son topped the heifer calves to £280.
Top stirks reached £330 for G&S Parsons of Otterham.
