Kivells of Holsworthy saw the pick of the entry of dairy cattle hit £1,838 on behalf of WJ Heywood & Son of Parkham, with plenty between £1,400 - £1,750 throughout the sale.
288 cattle topped at £1,150 for Ken Thorne of Hartland with others at £1,090 for Colin Davey of Stoke.
Best heifers hit £920 for B&D Andrew of Shebbear. In the calf pens 312 sold to a top call of £450 for a reared heifer in from Holroyd Farms with the best baby calf at £360 for Messrs Issac of Ashwater.
In the sheep pens Graham Harding topped the day at £82 for cull ewes with Messrs Cleave of Woolsery topping the cull rams at £90.50.
601 prime sheep topped at £78 for Texel lambs from Mark Dymond of Yarnscombe with premium on the day at 173pp/kg on behalf of RJ Turner of Marhamchurch.
351 store lambs reached a top call of £65 for lambs in from David Ford of Newton Tracey, whilst best stock rams hit £240 for C&A Smallcombe & Son of Butterlands.
