Following accreditation from the National Skills Academy for Food and Drink (NSAFD) earlier on this year, Bridgwater & Taunton College will be delivering its second South West Food and Drink Forum.
The College is committed to supporting the South West's food and drink industry and works with a large number of regional and national employers to train the next generation of professionals. It offers food-specific apprenticeships and short essential training courses that food and drink businesses need to grow.

The topic of the forum focuses on apprenticeship recruitment and the challenges, benefits, success stories, obstacles and more that the industry faces.
Emma Cox, talent development manager from Thatchers, and Cian Short, group apprentice manager at Bakkavor, will be delivering expert knowledge on apprenticeship recruitment, career development and opportunities across the sector.
The forum will take place on Wednesday 25 September from 8am – 11am at the College’s Cannington Campus.
