Kivells of Holsworthy saw a huge entry of stock to this Wednesday's sale (29 May), with 1,607 Sheep, 222 Cattle, 95 Davey and 331 Calves sold.
Top call of the day was £2,000 for the best of the Dairy Cattle on behalf of NR & S Osborne of Jacobstow.
The best in-calf heifers sold to £1,600 on behalf of Messrs Davey of Delabole.
In the Store Cattle pens Messrs AH Jones and Son topped the day at £1,180 for Steers whilst Stuart May of Week St Mary reached £1,030 for the best heifers.
331 Calves topped at £490 for bulls in from John Elliott of Bradford with best heifers from AD Bulled of Filleigh at £362.
1064 Prime Sheep topped at £100 both for Mark Vickery of Kilkhampton and Angus Howie of Meeth.
Premium on the day was set at 235p/pkg for Messrs Honey whilst 457 Cull Sheep topped at £150 for Messrs Howie.
