Steve Dustow from Colwith farm Potatoes will be the latest to star in the More 4 series 'Devon and Cornwall'.
At Colwith, a 200 acre family owned farm located between Lostwithiel and Fowey in Cornwall, they have diversified. Starting with potatoes, they now produce gin and vodka.
The business is managed by grandfather, father and son - Clive, Mike and Chris Dustow (Chris is the fifth generation)
In 2014 Steve (son of partner Mike Dustow) developed Cornwall's first potato vodka using Colwith Farms' potatoes on the family farm. Colwith Farm Distillery was constructed in 2017 and opened it's doors in 2018 to the public.
This is Cornwall's first single estate distillery and open for tours, tasting and gin making masterclasses and experiences. It's also the home of Stafford's Gin.
