The Kivells of Holsworthy 2019 Limousin cattle sale on April 24 topped at £3,990 for the pick of the pedigree bulls in from AM Eddy of Hayle.
The best of the heifers topped at £1,470 for Columbjohn Farms of Exeter, and 334 store cattle topped at £1,110 for steers in from Geoff Bowden of Black Torrington.
Best heifers hit £1,020 for Messrs Vooght of Petrockstowe.
Top prime cattle reached £1,167 on behalf of RH Petherick & Son of Clawton with premium set at 172p/pkg.
In the sheep pens just shy of 200 new season lambs topped at £105.20 for Sally Prouse of Clawton with others at £103.50 for A Denford of Bernards House.
600 Hoggs topped at £105 for Angus & Sue Howie with premium set at 170p/pkg for Messrs Baily.
168 baby calves saw a very strong trade with Messrs Veale of Halwill topping the day at £430 with plenty up and over the £400 bracket.
Best heifers came in from Brian Thomas of South Molton at £330.
