MARK and Isobelle Delbridge from a dairy farm in Liskeard will be starring in tonight's ‘Devon and Cornwall’ on More 4.
The series celebrates the lives and history of people living and working in the rural landscapes of the two counties.
Mark and Isobelle run Green Cow Dairy at Plushayes Farm in Liskeard. Their traditional family run dairy produces, processes, bottles and delivers their cows milk direct to customers in glass pint bottles. They are one of Cornwall’s youngest tenant farming couples and are determined to make a success of their dairy farm by keeping things traditional. They don’t sell to supermarkets. instead their bottled milk is delivered to homes around South East Cornwall by Isobelle four times a week.
The programme follows the couple as they look at expanding their herd and attend Liskeard’s Ploughmans festival.
