Constantine's much-loved arts and community hub – The Tolmen Centre – needs help to carry out essential repairs.
A Crowdfunder page has been set up to raise money in order to fix the centre's crumbling roof, windows and forecourt.
Organisers want to raise at least £8,000 from the appeal to use as match funding for grant applications.
So far, the appeal has raised £2,625, nearly a third of their target sum.
Tracey Clowes, who one of the appeal's organisers, said: "It's amazing, but we still need more.
"The Tolmen Centre is an extraordinary resource, much-loved by villagers and those further afield who come to enjoy the quality shows, films, music and food on offer.
"We need to sort the repairs now to make sure generations to come will continue to benefit from the building.
The Tolmen Centre is run by a stalwart band of volunteers, and its running costs are covered by income from performances and the cafe, but large expenses like repairs need external funding.
All donations will help, and the organisers are appealing to everyone who’s ever enjoyed a visit to the Centre to give what they can, however small.
If you’d like to help, you can visit the Crowdfunder website and search ‘Love Me Restore Me’. The campaign finishes on March 14.
