REPAIR work to the railway line at Penryn is going into a third day, causing a restricted service on the Truro to Falmouth branch line.

Following the derailment of the 12.34pm from Falmouth on Monday lunchtime, Network Rail has since cleared the train from the track but repairs to the tracks are ongoing.

Tickets being accepted on local bus routes.

This means train services are now running an hourly service with supplementary road transport in place to help support.
