THE Poultry Show at the Royal Show, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire takes place from Sunday 1 July to Tuesday 3 July 2007. There are classes for Large Fowl, Bantams, Ducks, Geese, Turkeys and Eggs along with poultry themed handicraft classes as well.
The really good news is that the requirement for all birds to be vaccinated against Newcastle Disease has been withdrawn - unless the disease is in the UK. So why not have a go?
On Wednesday 4 July the poultry marquee is available for Breed Clubs to have a stand, which is a wonderful opportunity to show the public what a fascinating hobby the Fancy is and the diversity of breeds that are kept.
