After leaving Ivybridge follow the signs for Cornwood. On reaching the square in Cornwood, turn left past the Public House and follow the signs for Lutton. On reaching the village of Lutton sign post, stay on the ' New Road ' and take the 3rd right hand turning into the village on to Old Chapel Lane, this will be a tight right hand turn. After 30 meters turn left, up the hill, onto Gibb Hill. Continue up the hill to the end of the lane and you will see a gateway with a cattle grid. Go through the gateway and bare round to the right onto a bumpy unmade road which will then bare round to the left and then straight. Go through the next gateway and the parking can be found on the right hand side and the property is the second entrance on the left.
