DIRECTIONS

From Exeter take the A38 towards Plymouth. Leave the A38 at the Marley Head Junction signposted for Paignton, South Brent and Avonwick. At the first roundabout take the first exit signposted for South Brent and Avonwick. Go across the bridge and at the next roundabout take the second exit signposted Harbourneford, Didworthy and Avon Dam. At the Harbourneford Crossroads turn right and then immediately left. Continue down this road until you reach the gravel driveway to Stippadon Farm on your left.
