Surrounded by a mix of mature deciduous trees and hedge banks this south facing parcel is split into three enclosures with stock fencing and interconnected gates allowing easy management. In the smaller parcel is a large timber field shelter with stoned path and turning areas. There is second smaller shelter.

Running along the southern boundary is a stream with drinking points for livestock.

In nearly 1 mile turn left at the cross roads and after about 1/3 mile the access track is on your right. Access down the track is by 4x4 only.
