"Due to my career in luxury holiday rentals I immediately saw the abundance of potential offered by this completely unique gem and impulsively made an offer whilst I lived overseas. After returning to England to spending time in the peaceful Tremore valley, strolling the Saints Way and having a very positive pre app with the local council I was charged with motivation to restore this rare and characterful property into a lucrative business venture and one day forever home. SURROUNDING AREA

The small rural hamlet of Tremore nestles between the villages of Withiel and Lanivet each of which are approximately two miles away.

The property sits at the entrance drive to Tremore Manor, now a house and Christian retreat, which is on the outskirts of the village of Lanivet, approx 2 miles from the A30. Lanivet is geographically almost central to the whole of Cornwall, and therefore superbly placed for reaching all that the county has to offer. The village of Lanivet has excellent local facilities including a primary school, shop, pub, post office, hairdresser and churches. The "Saint's way" (a 27-mile historic walk from Padstow to Fowey) runs past the property and through the village.
