Farmers from across the south west are invited to attend ForFarmers Forage Forums to discuss ‘Maximising Milk from Forage’.

One event takes place in the evening at The Lysley Arms, London Road, Pewsham on Monday January 29 2018. 

‘Milk from forage - different systems same goal’ will be presented by Keith Davis of Daniels Farm and Lydney Park Estates, Gloucestershire. Further speakers include Simon Preece from Dupont Pioneer, speaking on shredlage and Alison Boydell of ForFarmers, who will discuss how improved forage translates into more milk.

The other event will be held at The Langford Inn, Lower Langford, Somerset on Thursday February 15.

'Getting the most out of forage' will see Simon Preece of DuPont Pioneer discuss Shredlage and the facts surrounding this forage process, Keith Davis of Daniels Farm, Gloucester, who was a finalist in the 2017 ForFarmers awards forage category, and Matthew Green, a ForFarmers’ nutritionist, discuss how better forage translates into more milk.
