Philip Rainbow and Anita Robinson teamed up seven years ago to produce their own cheese and formed the Somerset Cheese Company near Shepton Mallet.
They have combined their individual talents, hones working for another cheese producer, and, along with Anita's husband Nick, to produce some of the region's finest cheeses.
A range of award-winning cheeses from cow, sheep, goat and buffalo milks has put the Somerset Cheese Company on the map.
Their latest prizewinning cheese is Rainbow Gold (made with unpasteurised Channel Island milk, with the rind washed in Glastonbury ale Golden Chalice) which won three Gold Stars at the 2011 Great Taste Awards.
