The planning of this year’s North Devon Show is well underway with some spaces already very scarce.
There are some new classes, the return of the commercial beef section and the carriage driving in the horse section have already received much interest. This year’s main arena display is the Bolddog Lings motorcycle acrobatic group who have appeared at many agricultural shows throughout the country. There will be some interesting musical entertainment in the Tarka ring. Trade stands include some old favourites and some new and a holiday Expo. Major farm supplies, clothing and machinery are always a big draw which reminds us that this is first and foremost an agricultural show. On the lighter side there will be a huge range of food suppliers and bar, local wines and a picnic area where you can relax while the children enjoy the fairground attractions.
