An innovation showcase for farmers and growers in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is to be held on Tuesday January 23 2018.

This event is an opportunity for the agricultural industry to have input into the delivery of the Cornwall Agri-tech Innovation Grant Scheme. There will be a range of speakers in the morning session looking at what innovation is, giving examples of agricultural innovations and information on the opportunities available for businesses to benefit through the ESIF Programme through research, development and innovation grants.

The afternoon session will comprise of four 15 minute breakout groups to identify the challenges and issues facing the industry and identify where research development and innovation can be used to address these issues.

This is your opportunity to help decide and direct where this important funding for Cornwall will be spent.

The format of the day is:
